Most often, renewals return after a year, but it happens to fulfill the same order after 2-3 months. On the other hand, we receive reprints even after 6 years. It is a valuable message for us that the advertising mug produced in our plant served the customer for many years.
  • The impact of inflation on the implementation of renewals is a challenge on how to reconcile the real higher production costs with the customer's need so that the price does not differ significantly from the original one.As far as possible, we try to take into account the fact that the client trusts us and is ready to entrust us with the implementation of the same project again. Unfortunately, the fact is that despite our flexibility and openness to negotiations, it happens that the customer resigns from renewing the order. However, we sincerely hope that the inflation peak is over.As soon as favorable circumstances arise to reduce the prices of our products, we will be happy to communicate this fact to all our customers.

 

  • The development of new technologies and AI will also affect our industry faster than we think. However, we are aware of the limitations of artificial intelligence. We realize that it can be used in many everyday tasks, saving time and money. However, we are sure that nothing can replace long-term relationships with contractors developed in the real world. Thanks to this, perhaps the rate of renewal of orders from year to year will be even higher.
