According to the latest research, 1/3 of companies in Poland will not survive 1 year of operation. After 5 years, over 70% of companies fail. So how is it possible that our company has been present on the market for over 20 years? In fact, there are many areas that need to be taken care of in order for the company to function effectively for many years. Especially today, the dynamics of changes in the global economy perfectly illustrates what businesses have solid foundations and are ready to survive serious macroeconomic turbulences. The recent years associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, interrupted supply chains, fear caused by a war in our closest neighbors, or rampant inflation are a testing period for all business relationships. We have people in our ranks who have been working from the very beginning of the establishment of the company to the present day. In addition, for over 20 years, the heart of our logotype has been placed in a mug. It expresses our passion for the product made. After 20 years of presence on the market, we ask ourselves what should be done next to develop our company and industry. Due to the fact that we have extensive knowledge in the field of decorating ceramics, we see opportunities for their further development. Recent years have seen a dynamic transformation of simple designs and cheap mugs in favor of more advanced ones, tailored to the visual identification of brands. The key criteria was to stand out from the competition. Companies increase the budget for a given series of promotional mugs in order to have a guarantee of making a stronger impression on their group of recipients. An indispensable element for the development of the promotional ceramics industry is the development of the product offer. The share of porcelain produced in Europe increases every year. On the other hand, imported advertising mugs become more attractive in their form, color and finish. We have also noticed the need of customers to make the ordered gifts environmentally friendly. There is no more ecological drinking item, such as coffee, than a porcelain mug. Its very important feature is that it is used many times without unnecessarily polluting the environment. The growing awareness of consumers related to the use of certain items for a longer time will certainly have a positive impact on the popularization of porcelain as an excellent advertising medium.
